ORMOND BEACH, Fla. (Gray News) – A dive team recovered the body of a missing 4-year-old boy.
Ormond Beach Police Department said 4-year-old Waylon Childs went missing while at the park with his dad and siblings on Sunday.
Later that night, the Volusia County Dive Team recovered his body.
“This is a heartbreaking tragedy, and our hearts are with Waylon’s family during this unimaginable loss,” said Chief Jesse Godfrey.
