Viewers are predicting drama on I’m A Celebrity 2024, following tensions in the first episode on Sunday.

A second incident on Monday night led some fans to foresee a camp feud brewing. The annual stress of deciding who cooks the dinners often leads to disputes.

On Sunday night, Tulisa Contostavlos found herself unexpectedly in the chef position, leading to differing advice on how to cook the vegetables and meat.

Tulisa admitted that the situation left her stressed and unsure of what to do, as she didn’t want to be the camp chef. Jane Moore, Alan Halsall and others all had their say, with Jane disagreeing with some.

Monday night saw an accident with the beans when Tulisa dropped some on the floor. In a panic, they were quickly picked up and washed to avoid wasting food, reports the Mirror.

With potential rations looming if they lose trials, and not eating as they would outside the jungle, all food is precious. Come meal time, Danny Jones and Melvin Odoom took over cooking duties.

As Tulisa observed the campmates, she couldn’t help but offer advice, later confessing in the Bush Telegraph her urge to take charge, yet she refrained.

Viewers at home were quick to anticipate a jungle clash, considering the history of the show and recent events in the camp.

One viewer tweeted: “Jane will be the first to argue over cooking.”

Another commented: “Moans about the cooking already… I can see it kicking off massively if it’s like that every night when cooking. Every single year they moan about cooking.”

Someone else chimed in: “Why is it the cooking that always causes the first drama?”

While another remarked: “They’ve not even been designated camp roles yet and there’s already a little bit of tension over the cooking. How are they gonna cope when someone who’s s**t at chef-ing takes the reigns.”

Concerns have also been raised about one celebrity’s ability to cope in the jungle environment. GK Barry was seen struggling immensely during her initial jungle challenge in the opening episode, visibly petrified.

Her reaction to the creepy crawlies and tasks led viewers to speculate that GK Barry might not endure the jungle for long. Her own remarks further fuelled speculation that she could exit the show within days.

One viewer speculated: “GK Barry won’t survive 48 hours the rate she’s going.”

Echoing this sentiment, another said: “Either GK Barry Or Colleen will walk out week one trust me.”

While someone else wrote: “GK Barry isn’t gonna last two days.”

I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! continues weeknights on ITV from 9pm.
