BLUEFIELD, W.Va. – Litigating parties have met the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals’ filing deadline of Monday, in-relation to ongoing legal battles which have left the Mountain State’s High School Football playoffs up-in-the-air.
Additional briefs were also submitted to the appellate court, including two outside parties who want to weigh-in on the situation. The available documents can be found below:
