However, one shopper who found the sizing to be too large also criticised the returns process. They said: “This is good quality jacket but…. far too big!! I am size 14 . Ordered 16 because according to sizing I want little loose. This jacket was 30 cm to big for me! I reordered size 12 and fits ok.
