MOORE, Okla. (KOCO) – Authorities have finally identified the child at the center of a disturbing missing persons case from Moore, Oklahoma.
Police have only been able to uncover a photo of the little girl from when she was 1 or 2 years old.
Officers with the Moore Police Department say London Kerr would now be 5 years old. She was last seen in April 2022.
The child’s mom, Ashley Rowland, allegedly gave the girl to a man named Carlos who was selling meth.
Rowland said the man could be in Mexico.
Officers said they have been searching weeks for London, looking at several properties, storage units and electronic devices trying to find the girl’s birth certificate, social security card, clothes or anything else that could lead them to her.
After weeks of searching, nothing has been found except for two photos.
Now, police are asking OSBI to help in the investigation. London has also been entered into the National Crime Information Center as a missing person.
