An Ayrshire hotel and spa has won a prestigious award.

The Gailes Hotel & Spa in Irvine scooped the Boutique Spa Hotel of the Year award at the British Association of Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology (BABTAC) and Confederation of International Beauty Therapy and Cosmetology (CIBTAC) Annual Awards 2024.

Owned by SimpsInns, Gailes wowed the judges with its “high standards” and took home the accolade from a field of four spa hotels across the UK.

Known for its rigorous judging and standards of high quality, the BABTAC and CIBTAC awards are described as “a must for all therapists looking to progress their career or business”.
