If you’re a regular gym-goer, you’ll understand the importance of having the right workout gear.

It’s crucial to have an outfit that fits perfectly, allowing you to exercise without worrying about your leggings being see-through or your top constantly riding up.

However, some brands can be quite pricey, and you might find yourself shelling out nearly £100 for a matching top and leggings. This is where Primark steps in – the budget-friendly fashion retailer is currently offering a ‘perfect’ gymwear set for fitness enthusiasts, in a very festive colour too.

Whether it’s a Christmas present or a little treat, you can rest assured that it won’t break the bank, as the entire set costs just £20 – yet looks remarkably similar to a much pricier brand.

TikToker Lilly May showed off the bargain set she’d snagged in store – a pair of ‘buttery soft’ gym leggings and a matching T-shirt in a deep burgundy shade perfect for the holiday season, reports the Liverpool Echo.

Sharing a video of the set in her bag and then trying it on for her followers, she highlighted that it ‘wasn’t see through at all’ – a common problem with more affordable gym wear.

They certainly don’t break the bank either the leggings are up for grabs at just £11 while the top is a modest £9, making the entire set an absolute steal at £20. In comparison to Adanola, where a very similar set could see shoppers shelling out nearly £75, it stands as an ideal choice for those looking to save their pennies this festive season but still want to exercise in style.
