CHARLOTTE, N.C. (WBTV) – Having a problem using Microsoft Exchange or Teams on Monday?
You’re not the only one. According to Microsoft’s X page, the company was investigating problems users are having with both programs on Monday, Nov. 25.
The tech giant put out their first message about the outages just after 4 a.m. on Monday. Within three hours, they posted an update saying they believe they found the problem.
By 9 a.m., Microsoft said they’ve started to roll out a fix.

The website Downdetector showed a marked increase in Microsoft 365 outages between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m., with 86% of the outages affecting Outlook, 9% affecting Exchange, and 6% affecting SharePoint.
This outage comes months after a major outage in July due to a CrowdStrike bug. That issue impacted everything from Microsoft programs to flight software.
There were no current estimation for when services were expected to be restored, as of this writing.
