The campmates of I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here! were left shaken when an uninvited guest infiltrated their living space.
In the dead of night, the 2024 series’ celebrities encountered an additional campmate from a rat lured by leftovers from the camp’s lavish meal. Richard informed his fellow contestants at breakfast that the previous evening’s mud crab feast might have been the culprit for the rodent’s visit, saying: “We had a visitor last night, a little four legged visitor with a tail, a rat.”
He recounted how they had neglected to tidy away some items, including a frying pan and cups, and stressed the importance of securing everything before bedtime.
Dean expressed his thoughts in the Bush Telegraph, pointing out: “It’s actually Jane and Tulisa’s job to make sure that the pots are in the trunk, so when the reverend was telling everyone to put the pots away otherwise we’ll get rats, what he really meant was, Jane and Tulisa, put the pots away.”, reports the Mirror.
Melvin, too, was disgruntled with his duties, finding the continuous need to fetch water for the camp “relentless”. The back-and-forth of collecting, carrying, and boiling water sparked friction, especially when Melvin commented on Dean: “It’s almost like another chore to ask him to help… it’s like telling a kid to tidy up his bedroom.”
The pesky intruder scurried around the camp after Tulisa received the most votes and was chosen to face the day’s Bushtucker Trial, ominously named ‘Shock Around The Clock. ‘.
Alan commented on Tulisa’s nomination, “After Fright Bus, I’m not surprised she got voted because those screams were loud, she was directly behind me and my ears are still ringing.”
Tulisa, despite her trepidation, has sworn to give it her all in the upcoming trial to win stars for her campmates.
The pending challenge will see Tulisa secured inside the second hand of a giant clock ticking around its face, as she plays for 12 stars. For each star at stake, Tulisa is given a category where she must quickly name 12 corresponding items within a mere 60 seconds.
As time races forward and pressure mounts, Tulisa’s quick thinking is crucial. She will have categories such as naming all 12 ‘I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!’ contestants, detailing the perfect Sunday roast trimmings, and recollecting UK cities, all whilst being spun around and accompanied by numerous creepy crawlies.
