Kris Boyd couldn’t believe his luck as he opened up a parking ticket to find ‘Chris Sutton is a t**t’ inside the plastic envelope.

The Rangers hero shared the hilarious tale of his fine on The Warm-Up as he got one over the Celtic hero – and not by his own doing! The duo are regulars on Sky Sports’ coverage of Scottish football and are regularly involved in on air ding dongs as they look to get the best of each other. Both pundits are not shy to share their honest opinions on all the hot topics in the game and regularly find themselves bucking horns.

This time they were around the table together for the latest episode of the show in association with William Hill which is hosted by Gordon Duncan and Sam North. As the episode came to an end Boyd declared he had something to tell the trio about what happened after he got a haircut before making his way to shoot the show.

He said: “I’ve got something to tell you. It was as funny as anything. I went and got my haircut this morning. Came out and drove away and looked at the front and I’ve got a parking ticket.

“Fuming, absolutely fuming. I’ve only pulled up in the car park there and checked it. I have got to say whoever this was at Glasgow City Council they deserve enormous credit.

“It is unbelievable this. [Shows paper to Chris Sutton] “Chris Sutton is a t**t” Look at that. Seriously!

“I was on the phone to my Mrs and I said ‘I’ve been done I’ve got a parking ticket’ I just opened it going in the car park and I have never been so delighted in all my life to see that.

“Amazing, eh? Thank you very much whoever that was. I was on a double yellow line so I apologise!”
