Ingredients

  • 24 rashers of smoked streaky bacon
  • Two packs of British Cumberland chipolatas
  • Two tbsp clear honey
  • One tbsp grainy mustard
  • A few sprigs of finely chopped rosemary, plus extra for garnishing

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to gas mark six (200C/fan 180C). Line a baking tray with foil.
  2. Wrap a rasher of streaky bacon around each sausage and place them on the tray.
