Former One Direction star Liam Payne had listed his £3.2million house for sale a month before his tragic death. The singer, 31, had lived in the huge mansion in Chalfont St Giles, Buckinghamshire, since November 2021 to be closer to ex Cheryl and his son Bear.
Liam sadly died after falling from a Buenos Aires hotel balcony in October – a month after he put the home on the market. His funeral was held in Amersham on November 20, with his former One Direction pals Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Niall Horan, and Louis Tomlinson among the mourners.
The detached property sits on six acres of land and has a swimming pool, a separate one-bedroom annexe and a stable. The listing has now been removed from the Rightmove site but it was last listed in September 2024.
Chalfont St Giles is a village famous for the poet Milton’s only surviving home. Payne had been living with girlfriend Kate Cassidy, 25, in a $9,500-a-month rental home in South Florida before his death.
Flowers were left outside his Chalfont home after news broke that he had passed away. Residents admitted that the singer was ‘very private’ in the Buckinghamshire village.
One of his final social media posts before his death on October 16 shows Payne playing with his pet dog at his Chalfont St Giles property.
