A Porsche has smashed into a bus on a busy road in Edinburgh.
Emergency services raced to St John’s Road in the capital after the alarm was raised at around 1pm on Sunday.
A picture from the scene, shared with Edinburgh Live, shows the black vehicle at the side of the with the wheel hanging off. The condition of those involved is not currently known.
One local at the scene said: “It looked like the Porsche smashed into back of the bus. There will be big delays on Corstorphine Road.”
Lothian Buses warned passengers of delays as a result of the crash. This included services 12, 26, 31, 100 and X18.
A spokesperson said: “Due to traffic congestion buses are being delayed on St Johns Road eastbound.”
Police Scotland has been approached for comment.
