Avant Homes Scotland has released the first properties for sale at its £9m, 31-new home Craignethan Gate development in Glenboig.
Located off Glenboig Road, the development comprises a mix of two, three and four-bedroom homes and features six of Avant Homes’ practically-designed, energy-efficient house styles.
Prices for the new homes range from £219,995 for a two-bedroom semi-detached Aberfeldy house style to £367,995 for the four-bedroom detached Kincraig.
