Police are hunting thieves who swiped a life-saving defibrillator from outside a Perth shop.
Officers are investigating the theft of a community-accessible defibrillator from its housing outside the Spar shop in Percy Street, in Stanley.
The theft is believed to have happened at around 1.30am on Sunday, October 27.
It was not initially reported to police as it was thought that the defibrillator may have been taken for proper use in a medical incident.
However, on November 11 it was discovered discarded in a carrier bag in the Bertha Park area of Perth.
