A missing person probe has been launched after a young man vanished from a Scots town two days ago. Steven Agnew was last seen in Paisley.
Police Scotland said the last sighting of the 20-year-old was at around 3.30pm on Monday, December 2, 2024, in the Renfrewshire town.
He was last seen in the town’s Woodside Crescent, and was reported missing to police officers.
A public appeal has been made to track him down or obtain information on his whereabouts. Officers say he is 5ft 10ins tall with short red hair.
A picture of Steven was posted on the Police Scotland Renfrewshire & Inverclyde Facebook page. The post said he was wearing a black baseball cap on the day he was last seen.
He is also said to have been wearing a grey body warmer and red joggers, and officers are hoping the public will help to locate Steven.
The post said: “We are appealing to the public for help tracing missing 20 – year-old Steven Agnew from Paisley. Steven was last seen at 15:30pm on Monday 2nd December 2024 in the Woodside Crescent area of Paisley.
“Steven is described as white Scottish, 5 foot 10 inches tall, with short red hair. He was last seen wearing Red Joggies, Grey Body Warmer and a Black Baseball Cap.
“Anyone who may have seen Steven or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact police via 101 quoting incident 0550 of 03/12/2024.”
