Labelled by some enthusiasts as the “best series ever” due to its popular cast, the competition could only have one victor.
The final trio consisted of Coleen Rooney, McFly’s Danny Jones, and the Reverend Richard Coles, with Ant and Dec announcing the public’s favourite live on ITV tonight.
Ultimately,it was Danny who was crowned King of the jungle, and plenty of fans were absolutely thrilled by the result.

Upon hearing that he had been voted as the public’s favourite 2024 campmate, Danny admitted: “I can’t even talk. It feels surreal.
Previous 2023 winner Sam Thompson arrived to crown Danny as King of the Jungle, as his campmates cheered.
“Thank you from the bottom of my heart,” Danny told fans at home.
He then ran across the bridge to greet his loved ones, embracing wife Georgia Horsley.
Earlier in the episode, the last three contenders faced their final Bushtucker trial, The Towers of Terror, aiming to secure a lavish three-course meal.
Ant and Dec detailed that all three needed to conquer the two segments of the challenge to earn a feast of their choice. For each star earned, they would be rewarded with a starter, main, dessert, and a drink back at camp.
In the initial part of the trial, the trio were positioned in the first tower, lying flat with Coleen at the top, Danny in the centre, and Richard at the base.
As the trial commenced, celebrities had to carefully direct the stars from level to level until reaching the bottom yellow ‘win zone’.
Unexpectedly, they were greeted by slithering snakes which prompted Coleen to exclaim in terror: “Ahh, something’s wrapping round my foot!”
Having succeeded in the initial segment of their challenge within ten minutes, the team moved on to the larger tower for the concluding part of their gut-wrenching Bushtucker ordeal, with another ten minutes to secure the rest of their stars.
Braving a shower of fish guts, spiders, and cockroaches during their climb, the team ultimately triumphed, completing the star puzzle and celebrating their hard-earned victory jubilantly.
Reflecting on their final trial, Danny marvelled: “Super proud of ourselves, it’s been an amazing journey and honestly, what a way to go out!”
“I’m immensely proud, but we just don’t smell great!” confessed Richard, while Coleen conceded with relief: “I’m glad it’s all over.”
