LINDSIDE, W.Va. – Over the summer, former James Monroe Boys Basketball Head Coach, Matt Sauvage, stepped down.
With that, it left an open hole in this very successful basketball program that needed to be filled.
Kelly Mann was appointed to that position and is now the team leader, but he’s not just a random newcomer to the team.
Some of the players knew him before, which they say definitely helps when it comes to knowing what they will get from Coach Mann.
However, it’s not just the game of Basketball that Mann is focused on teaching the plays, but how they can be a better man in the future when they walk away from James Monroe.
