AUSTIN, Texas — A search is underway for a man involved in a hit-and-run in North Austin.
According to Austin police, the crash happened on Saturday, Nov. 9 around 1:30 p.m. along Research Boulevard near Fairfield Drive.
Police said the man was driving a white GMC truck when he crashed into another vehicle on the northbound service road. The victim suffered only minor injuries in the crash, but the driver of the truck took off.
The truck involved in the crash is believed to be a white, two-door GMC with a white sticker in the middle of the rear window. Police said the truck may also have damage to the front from the crash.
