Jamie O’Hara has exploded over Tottenham’s draw with Rangers as he moaned “they are not even the best team in Scotland”.
The former Spurs midfielder reacted in the aftermath of the Europa League draw at Ibrox as Ange Postecoglou and his troops saved a point after responding to Hamza Igamane’s opener with 15 minutes to play. It leaves both teams on 11 points after six games but the outspoken pundit was less than impressed insisting his old club “should be turning over” Philippe Clement‘s side.
His digs didn’t stop there as he compared playing Rangers to going up against Norwich City while ex-Celtic boss Ange Postecoglou came under fire as O’Hara declared his patience was fast running out with the manager. He told talkSPORT: “That performance. I am sorry. I know it is a draw and a tough place to go Rangers but you should be beating them. We should beat them. They are not even the best team in Scotland. We should be beating them. Timo Werner by the way. Jeez.
“We should be turning them over. We should be battering them. Playing Rangers is like playing Norwich.
“My patience is wearing thing with Ange. My patience is wearing thin. Ange Postecoglou mate, I have had enough. We go on like the football is great. Is it? Is it great? It is not that great. I am not watching Barcelona. I am just watching a good team in moments having some decent spells.
“Every team plays good football. We keep going ‘the football is great’. We can’t win a game! All I am watching is a Tottenham team I have watched a million times before. It is nothing special.”
