Lara Spencer has returned to the airwaves after recovering from dual foot surgeries.

The “Good Morning America” co-anchor had been off the air this week but was back on the show Friday, where she shared a brief update on her health.

“[I’m] just kicking back, you know, relaxing,” she told co-host George Stephanopoulos. “Yes, I feel fine. … All is well.”

The 55-year-old mother of two took to social media Wednesday to reveal the news of the procedures on each of her feet.

“If I look a little groggy it’s thanks to this guy who just gave me a new pair of boots,” she wrote in the caption of her post, which included a photo of surgeon Dr. Marty O’Malley.

In the second slide, Spencer posted a photo showing a mid-calf gray boot on her left foot and a black ankle boot on her right — both wrapped in gauze and bandages.

“My right foot was easy,” she said, explaining she’d “just had [a] plate removed from surgery last year.”

Her left foot, however, underwent a “bigger” procedure to correct “a very old college diving injury.”

“I was doing a reverse one-and-a-half [dive] and hit the board, shattering toes and joints,” the Penn State alum revealed. “Back then they said there was nothing you could do except tape it, let it heal, and live with the pain. Today there are much better options, thanks to surgeons like Dr. Marty O’Malley at [Hospital for Special Surgery].”

The former “Antiques Roadshow” host closed out her post with a playful nod to Nancy Sinatra’s signature song, writing: “These boots were made for walking.”
