New restaurant opens in Princeton(wvva news)

PRINCETON, W.Va. -hanks Katherine, now to Mercer County where a new restaurant is opening in Princeton on Monday.

Azul Mexican Grill held a grand opening ribbon cutting at their location at 259 Greasy Ridge Road in the Wal-Mart Plaza in Princeton.

The restaurant offers a salsa bar with eight different types of homemade salsa.

They even have chicken wings which will be featured as a special on Wednesdays.

Owner Julian Ayala tells us that you can expect a great family atmosphere and they’re looking forward to being a big part of the community.

“We do lots of spirit nights where school programs come to our restaurant. We do a benefit night too where we donate a percentage from our sales to the program. So, our goal is to get connected to the community and have many successful years here”

The hours for the restaurant are Sunday through Thursdays from Eleven a-m until Ten

p-m. and then Friday and Saturday from Eleven a-m until Ten-Thirty p-m.
