HANOVER, W.Va. -Sunday, December 15th, police responded to Lower Muzzle Road in Hanover, Wyoming County to a shooting complaint.
When police arrived on scene, they discovered that the suspect Austin Cline, 29, allegedly shot at the victim Teddy Toler, 47, during a domestic altercation striking the ground at his feet.
Cline and Toler are nephew and uncle respectively and live adjacent to each other.
The suspect has been charged with wanton endangerment, domestic assault, and possession of a controlled substance.
Cline is currently being held at Southern Regional Jail awaiting his preliminary hearing.
