PIPESTEM W.Va. – Logan County, West Virginia’s own Landau Eugene Murphy Jr. is currently on his “Home for the Holiday” tour.
During his recent show at Pipestem Resort State Park he was surprised mid-show with an induction into Pipestem’s West Virginia Hall of Fame.
The wall is lined with the likes of Steve Harvey, Jerry West, Brad Paisley and Bill Withers.
The season six winner of America’s Got Talent is inductee number 35.
“To be included in this group is such an honor,” said Murphy Jr. on social media.
“Thank you to West Virginia state parks for making me feel so special.”

Murphy Jr.‘s tour continues at the Fayette Theater on December 23rd at 7 PM in the town of Fayetteville, WV.
