A former New York City real estate executive pleaded guilty Tuesday to drugging and raping a 14-year-old girl.

Michael Olson, 56, took a plea deal in which he admitted to 10 charges, the Manhattan District Attorney’s office announced. In exchange, Olson will be sentenced to 16 years in prison.

Olson “schemed to target, recruit, manipulate and sexually assault young girls, and raped at least one child in Manhattan on a weekly basis,” District Attorney Alvin Bragg said in a statement. “His horrendous conduct was the very definition of predatory.”

Investigators said Olson messaged several teenage girls over social media, specifically focusing on vulnerable Asian teenagers who posted about financial difficulties and/or self-harm.

In the case that landed him behind bars, Olson messaged a 14-year-old girl on Instagram in December 2022 after she posted about being unable to afford clothes, according to police.

Olson paid the girl $700 per week to meet him in hotel rooms across Queens and Manhattan, where he drugged her, raped her and filmed at least one of their interactions, authorities said.

He continued the disgusting conduct for six months, until the victim overdosed on cocaine and ketamine in a Manhattan hotel room in May 2023, cops said. The girl was rescued and saved at a hospital; Olson was arrested at the scene.

After posting $1 million bail, Olson continued messaging other girls on social media, police said. He was eventually charged with 75 child sex abuse crimes and pleaded guilty to 10.

Prior to his arrest, Olson worked at Dwight Mortgage Trust, a real estate focused investment firm. The company fired him on the day he was indicted in May 2023.
