McDonald’s fans have been given a glimpse at the fast-food giant’s 2025 menu offerings, with a particular wrap causing quite the stir.
As December progresses, it’s likely that if you’re a fan of fast food, you’ve already sampled McDonald’s festive menu. Since its launch in mid-November, items such as the new Terry’s Chocolate Orange Pie, Galaxy Caramel McFlurry, and Cheesy McCrispy burger have been keeping fans content.
However, as the new year approaches, McDonald’s is set to introduce fresh menu items.
Online food enthusiasts, including Emily Scott on Facebook, and Big Dassy Bs Foods and UK Newest Foods on TikTok, have recently thrilled their followers by unveiling the January 2025 menu. According to their posts, from late January 2025, customers will be able to indulge in a McCrispy BBQ Smokehouse Burger, a BBQ Ranch Stack burger, a Crispy Chicken Katsu Wrap, a Grilled Chicken Katsu Wrap, Mozzarella Dippers, or a Milky Way McFlurry.
“Katsu curry wrap, yes, yes, yes,” one eager fan commented on Facebook. “This looks good” another agreed. Over on TikTok, someone noted: “The Milky Way and Katsu wrap are the only good looking things there.”
“Yay mozzarella dippers, ” another commented. “Katsu wrap sounds intriguing” said one individual. “Okay Katsu wrap is pretty sound” echoed another TikToker.
Customers took to Facebook with their menu requests, with one person requesting: “After Eight McFlurry again please.”
Another was sad that one fan-favourite was missing, posting: “Chicken legends were unreal they should bring them back”.
Cravings for missing sweet treats were also expressed: “Bring back apple pie and ice cream,” while someone else had a clear favourite they wanted to see return: “I just want the big tasty on the menu permanently along with the cheese bites.”
In related news, fast-food fans have been excited about the introduction of the Grimace Shake to the UK’s McDonald’s menu. The craze for this new addition was such that it quickly sold out in stores, prompting its return to the December festive line-up for a brief stint.
This purple shake, sporting a price tag of £2.69 for medium and £2.99 for large, pays homage to Grimace, the iconic McDonald’s character. It combines the tang of blueberry syrup with the richness of a classic creamy milkshake base.
