MABSCOTT, W.Va. – A Mabscott man, Johnny Kincaid, will spend between 10 to 20 years behind bars for sexual abuse by a parent, guardian, custodian, or person in position of trust to a child.
He has also been sentenced to the felony crime of distribution and display to a minor of obscene matter.
Both are felonies.
Kincaid pled guilty to both offenses in July of 2024. The judge in the case ordered the sentences to be served consecutively.
Kincaid must serve 11 years and 3 months in prison before being eligible for parole.
Upon release he will be under 30 years of supervised release. Under that release he is prohibited from having contact with children.
