East Kilbride Camera Club (EKCC) continued their club league competition with a ‘Streets’ theme bringing the 2024 season to a close.

A whopping 64 entries were submitted by members with Tracy Ross as guest judge who fairly critiqued the impressive array of images and gave well-received tips and advice.

Vivien Robertson topped the bill with the maximum 20 points for her image Wet Pavements of Lisbon.

In joint second place with 19 points was George McLaughlin with Posing Pooch. David Rutherford also came in second with Crowded Pavement.

Adam Law was also awarded joint second place with 19 points for North Berwick Street Artist.

In joint third place with 18 points was Faye McSpurren with Impromptu Dance in Buchanan Street. Peter Quinn’s Sunbathing in The West End. Also was also in joint 3rd place along with Calum Steen’s Urban Labyrinth.

And finally in joint third was Colin Alexander with Time to Queue.

EKCC will start their new season on Monday, January 6 at 7.30-9.30pm at Calderglen County Park Sports Club. Head along and join in with the fun which includes workshops, speakers, competitions, days out, weekends away and much more.
