Jodie Turner-Smith is accusing Joshua Jackson of skipping out on more than a year of child and spousal support payments since the actors’ fall 2023 divorce filing.

The “Agency” star, 38, is seeking $8,543 per month in back child support and $28,641 per month in back spousal support while their divorce case is pending, according to documents obtained by TMZ.

Turner-Smith and the “Dawson’s Creek” alum, 46, announced in early October 2023 that they were divorcing and the following month reached a custody agreement regarding 4-year-old daughter Juno.

The British actress and model alleges in the filing that Jackson is “reneging” on his promise “to always support me.”

Turner-Smith says that the “Doctor Odyssey” star “ensured me that I would not have to worry about financial security for our daughter if we ever separated because he said he understood how difficult life can be as a Black woman and a single mother.”

Turner-Smith is also seeking $250,000 from Jackson in legal fees, as well as those for her forensic accountant.

The “Queen & Slim” star, who married Jackson in 2019, described their brief marriage as “such a beautiful moment together” in speaking to British outlet The Times this past February. Turner-Smith added that “now it’s time for a new moment for both of us. And how exciting!

“The bravest thing in the world is to recognize when something’s not working and to make a move, and I always want to set that kind of example for my daughter,” she said at the time.
