As we approach the New Year, many of us are already setting our sights on 2025 and the resolutions we hope to achieve.
A new survey from FruitySlots.com, involving 2,000 Brits, reveals that health and fitness are high on the agenda.
The survey found that 38% plan to exercise more, while 36% aim to eat healthier, and 32% are hoping to shed some pounds in 2025. Just under a third (29%) are looking forward to catching more Z’s, while 34% are planning to hydrate more.
Other popular resolutions include travelling more, reducing phone use, and reading more books. However, despite these good intentions, many Brits predict they may not stick to their resolutions for the whole of 2025.
According to FruitySlots.com, weight loss is the resolution most likely to be broken, with nearly a quarter (23%) of participants admitting this. Close behind, 22% confessed they might struggle to maintain a consistent exercise routine.
Healthy eating is another potential stumbling block, with 21% predicting they won’t be able to keep it up. Digital habits could also prove challenging, with 16% admitting they’d find it hard to reduce their screen time and 15% saying that taking a break from social media would be tricky, reports the Express.
