Fresh data has unveiled the most popular concerts for 2024 and 2025, based on search queries made over the past year.

The study, conducted by poker specialists VIP Grinders, examined google search volume data for gigs that occurred in 2024, as well as those scheduled for 2025.

Taylor Swift’s The Eras Tour clinched the top spot as the most googled concert of 2024, with an average of 425k global searches reported monthly. This monumental 21-month tour, comprising 149 shows, reportedly raked in over £1.5 billion.

Coming in second is Olivia Rodrigo’s Guts World Tour, with an average of 153k global Google searches reported monthly. The Vampire singer is currently embarking on her 17-month long, 101-show tour spanning five continents, set to wrap up in July 2025.

Noah Kahan‘s Stick Season (We’ll All Be Here Forever) Tour secured him third place, with an average of 62k global Google searches reported monthly. The Dial Drunk singer journeyed to Oceania, North America, and Europe for his fourth concert tour, performing a total of 85 shows.

Usher: Past Present Future landed in fourth place, with an average of 60k global Google searches reported monthly. The OMG hitmaker kicked off his nine-month tour in North America and will conclude in Europe, after a total of 78 shows.

In fifth place for global Google searches per month, with an average of 51k, is Sabrina Carpenter’s Short n’ Sweet Tour. The tour comprises 53 shows across Europe and North America over seven months.

As well as revealing which concerts proved most popular over the last year, the data also looked at which shows scheduled for next year have already attracted the most attention from fans.

Oasis Live ‘25 Tour is the number one most searched for concert of 2025 with an average of 578k Google searches reported globally per month. This four-month-long tour will visit five continents and perform 41 shows to sold out crowds.

This was followed by Coldplay’s Music of the Spheres World Tour, whilst Olivia Rodrigo moves down to third place in 2025 with the Guts World Tour followed by Usher: Past Present Future and Sabrina Carpenter’s Short n’ Sweet Tour.

Telma Casaca, Head of Publishing at VIP-Grinders, remarked on the findings: “This data reveals a fascinating snapshot of the artists behind the excitement. With Taylor Swift and Oasis capturing the attention of the world, it’s clear that global superstars continue to dominate the live music scene.”

Noting what challenges fans might face, they added: “With so much excitement surrounding these upcoming tours, securing a ticket to one of these shows is becoming an increasingly elusive feat. As demand skyrockets, fans may face challenges acquiring tickets for these high-demand concerts next year especially after the festive season, when many fans start planning their 2025.”
