KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV/Gray News) – A man was arrested for allegedly stealing from multiple Home Depot stores.
According to court records in Missouri, Jason W. Beach, 51, was charged with the alleged thefts on Friday.
An off-duty officer was notified of a theft that happened on Nov. 11. According to a Home Depot asset protection employee, Beach stole $300 in tools from a Home Depot in Kansas City, Missouri.
During an investigation, authorities found that Beach had also been arrested at the end of October for another Home Depot threat. Before this, he had been trespassed several times by Home Depots in Oklahoma, Texas, California, Colorado, Nevada, Utah, Iowa and Missouri.
Court documents noted that Beach had been convicted of thefts in Iowa, California and Texas in 2024, 2021 and 2017.
Beach is charged with burglary and stealing. A warrant was issued on Friday with the conditions of a $25,000 bond, no entry to any Home Depot location and GPS monitoring.
