Authorities on Monday still had not divulged the manner of the person’s death or determined a cause.

Hers was the second body to be found in a state woodland this month. On Dec. 14 hunters happened upon the badly decomposed body of 35-year-old Kuldeep Kumar of India in the Greenwood Wildlife Management Area, about 60 miles northeast of Belleplain State Forest. Four Indiana men were arrested in his murder after police found Kumar had died of several gunshot wounds to the chest.
