Pupils at a West Lothian school for children with additional support needs enjoyed a wonderful new Christmas display, thanks to those carrying out unpaid work orders.

A Christmas scene complete with Nativity, reindeers and Santas was hand-built at the new Beatlie School Campus in Livingston by the Community Payback team.

Beatlie provide care and education for West Lothian young people aged from three to 18 who have severe and complex needs.

The Christmas display was built in the school garden to ensure it is accessible for as many pupils as possible.

“The Beatlie Christmas display is a fantastic way to allow those on unpaid work to give back to their local community, and thanks to all who made it possible.”
