Former “Home Improvement” star Zachery Ty Bryan was arrested for domestic violence — his fourth arrest in 18 months, and at least his third-ever for a domestic incident.

The 43-year-old dad of seven, who played eldest brother Brad Taylor on the 1990s sitcom, was taken into custody on Wednesday in Myrtle Beach, S.C. after local authorities responded to a residence and determined he’d been in a physical fight, law enforcement sources told TMZ.

Online records show the actor was booked into Horry County Jail on Thursday afternoon on charges of second-degree domestic violence. His mugshot shows him with cuts on his cheeks, chin and lips. He remained behind bars on Friday afternoon, with bail set at $10,000.

Bryan’s latest arrest follows a string of legal issues over the past few years. He was taken into custody twice last year for felony DUI, first in February in California and again in October in Oklahoma, Deadline reported at the time.

Prior to that, he was arrested for domestic violence in July of 2023, according to TMZ. He was sentenced to a week in jail in October of that year after pleading guilty to felony assault in the fourth degree.

Three years earlier, Bryan was arrested in Oregon for alleged assault of his then-girlfriend, Johnny Faye Cartwright. At the time, he faced charges of strangulation, assault in the fourth degree and interfering with making a report. Bryan pleaded guilty to two misdemeanor domestic charges and was sentenced to 36 months probation.

He and Cartwright, with whom he shares three children, later got engaged. It’s unknown if she was involved in the latest domestic violence incident.

The Daily News has reached out to Bryan’s production company seeking comment.
