Cammy Bell reckons Rangers throwing away the lead twice at Easter Road shows they are vulnerable at this moment in time.

The Light Blues raced into a two-goal lead in the capital through Hamza Igamane before being pegged back and nearly falling behind with a header bouncing off the base of the post and into Liam Kelly’s hands at 2-2. They then grabbed the advantage once more as man of the moment Igamane completed his hat-trick but Rocky Bushiri had other ideas as he made up for his issues down one end to level after Martin Boyle had struck twice.

Former Rangers goalkeeper Bell reckons Boyle’s first goal to bring the home side back into the game ‘rocked’ Philippe Clement and Co and from then on in they struggled to gain momentum or rhythm in their performance. A lot has been made of the away record this season and the one-time Ibrox keeper didn’t shy away from the struggles on the road while he also made it clear that they CAN’T be letting points slip when in a 2-0 winning position.

Speaking on Sportscene, he said: “I think their away form. That is the problem. We all know their away form is really, really poor and they struggle. When they are in a 2-0 winning position today they should not be dropping points. They should be taking three points back home.

“It just shows you how vulnerable they are. When Martin Boyle gets that first goal to make it 2-1 it rocks Rangers, it really did today. It looked like they struggled to get their momentum and rhythm back into their game. I think they are a little bit vulnerable at this moment in time.”
