TAZEWELL, Va. – After an eight-year coaching tenure, J’Me Harris has resigned as the head coach of the Tazewell Bulldog’s football program.
Harris started as the head coach in 2017, bringing the Bulldogs to the playoffs every year from 2019 to 2024. Harris accrued a 39-38 record as the Bulldog’s head coach. The Bulldogs scored the most points in program history in 2023, with multiple players breaking VHSL records.
Harris has accepted a position as the offensive coordinator at Northgate High School in Pittsburgh, PA relocating with his wife and family.
