Fitness coach and TV personality Joe Wicks has teamed up with a major supermarket to create budget-friendly, healthy recipes that will work wonders for a January detox.

Wicks, also known as The Body Coach, who shot to prominence during the pandemic when he introduced PE With Joe, daily online PE classes, to the nation, has entered cahoots with Asda to deliver the nutritious recipes.

Brand new and hassle-free, the cooking plans constitute four ultimate midweek meals and one Sunday Dinner hack. The recipes promise to break the January monotony, and add some creativity and flare to your mealtime repertoire.

With cold and flu ravaging the nation, hidden veggies ensure the family is fighting fit in the colder months. The recipes also take no longer than 25 minutes to chef up – easing the pressure for families during busy weeknights.

What’s more, the recipes won’t break the bank. As a busy dad of four, Joe knows only too well the strains and demands on parents trying to constantly think up new ways of plating up dinner while considering value-for-money.

Joe’s approach is bolstered by Asda with their Big Jan Price Drop initiative, taking place across Asda stores and online from January 2-29. The move will see the prices of over 2,500 products reduced by an average of 26 per cent.

Joe Wicks’ Meal Picks include the below:
