Taylor Wimpey West Scotland is kicking off the new year by hosting three Moving Made Easier events in Lanarkshire.

The gatherings, aimed at helping to make things as simple, stress-free, and straightforward as possible for prospective first-time buyers, second steppers or downsizers, will all take place on January 25 from 12pm to 4pm.

They will be held at Amble Court in Jackton, East Kilbride, Carnbroe’s Calder Wynd and Oakwood Grove in Hamilton.

Independent mortgage specialists who can provide free financial advice on mortgages will be based at the three event hubs.

With inspirational show homes and an impressive choice of new homes for sale in each location, visiting any of its developments is the ideal opportunity to experience being part of a growing community.

It’s also where buyers can get a feel for the quality and craftsmanship that go into every Taylor Wimpey home.

Sales executives will also be on hand to provide helpful advice about buying a new home and information about the range of offers and support that Taylor Wimpey West Scotland has available to get buyers on the move to a new home.

Audrey Ross, sales and marketing director for Taylor Wimpey West Scotland, said: “Whether you want to upsize or downsize your property, or are perhaps simply considering a move to a more energy-efficient home, our Moving Made Easier events are the perfect opportunity to get all your questions answered and take the next step towards your dream home.

“With a focus on sustainability and customer satisfaction, we strive to make the home-buying process as straightforward and enjoyable as possible, and we hope prospective buyers find our latest series of events a helpful way to get them on the move.

“It’s also a great time to find out about the incentives that we have available that can help buyers move to a new home, including our Easymover scheme, which offers our help and expertise to buyers with a property to sell.”
