The bodies of a man and woman have been found in a home in Cambridgeshire.
Police were called to a property on Norwood Road, in the town of March on Wednesday afternoon after concerns were raised over the residents’ welfare.
Two people were found dead inside, the Mirror reports. Police have launched a probe into the unexplained deaths.
A spokesperson from Cambridgeshire Constabulary said they were called to the address at about 1.47pm yesterday over a concern for welfare. Residents in the area took to social media to say ambulance and fire services were also present at the scene.
The spokesperson said: “Officers attended and a man and a woman were found dead inside the property. The deaths are being treated as unexplained and inquiries are ongoing, with officers still at the scene.”
The town of March is home to around 22,000 people in Cambridgeshire, around 20 miles away from Peterborough.
