(InvestigateTV) — An estimated 69% of all goods traded in the United States come through the nation’s shipping channels.

On March 26, 2024, tragedy unfolded at the Baltimore harbor when a fully loaded cargo ship left port, headed for Sri Lanka.

Just 50 minutes into its journey, the ship lost power and hit the Francis Scott Key Bridge.

Six construction workers who were on the bridge died.

After the bridge collapsed, cargo ship crews in Savannah, Georgia, reevaluated their safety plan. Reporter Blair Miller joined a crew on deck to reveal how.
