A Highland Perthshire five-star hotel and restaurant has been recognised by the prestigious Michelin Guide Great Britain and Ireland.
The Old Manse of Blair sits within a private estate on the outskirts of Blair Atholl in the Cairngorms National Park.
The Michelin Guide inspectors commended the restaurant for its Scottish-inspired cooking, inventive use of local ingredients, exceptional service, and relaxed and elegant ambiance.
Michelin Guide recognition is reserved for establishments at the pinnacle of their craft, distinguishing both extraordinary restaurants and exceptional hotels worldwide.
The Hotel’s restaurant is operated under the leadership of chef Scott Davies – formerly of the acclaimed Three Chimneys Restaurant with Rooms on the Isle of Skye.

Built in 1828 and meticulously renovated, The Old Manse of Blair offers luxurious accommodation set within ten acres of private grounds, with options ranging from the opulent mansion house to modern stable conversions, luxury walled garden rooms, and a renovated railway cottage.
Located in the picturesque village of Blair Atholl, near Dunkeld and Pitlochry, guests can immerse themselves in the region’s rich history and breathtaking landscapes.
