The regular NFL season has wrapped up and we’re officially into the 2025 playoffs. Some of the biggest names in American football are now set to compete for a spot in Super Bowl 59, scheduled to take place at New Orleans’ Caesars Superdome on February 9.
This weekend will see six playoff teams from both the AFC and NFC battling it out to advance to the divisional round and inch closer to the coveted Lombardi Trophy. The Kansas City Chiefs – teetering on the edge of a three-peat – and Detroit Lions have already secured their spots in the divisional round of the playoffs as the AFC and NFC number one seeds respectively, so they’ll be sitting out during Wild Card Weekend.
Teams, including the Pittsburgh Steelers, Philadelphia Eagles and Tampa Bay Buccaneers, will be in action between Saturday and Monday. It’s been confirmed that due to the devastating wildfires in Los Angeles, the game between the Los Angeles Rams and Minnesota Vikings is being relocated to Arizona.

The NFL stated it was keeping a close eye on the situation, with the match originally slated for LA’s SoFi Stadium. However, on Friday, it was confirmed that the game will take place at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona, home of the Arizona Cardinals.
