CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) – Inauguration Day in West Virginia is packed with events from morning until night.
Patrick Morrisey and other leaders will begin their day with a faith-based breakfast at the West Virginia Culture Center.
The breakfast will be followed by the official swearing-in ceremony at 11 a.m.
The rest of the day includes an inaugural parade, cocktail reception, concert and fireworks, followed by an inaugural dinner and ball.
Different road closures will be in place in Charleston throughout the day.

Road closures for Governor-elect Morrisey’s Inauguration Day
The 56-year-old Morrisey will succeed the state’s current two-term governor, Republican Jim Justice, who is heading to the U.S. Senate.
