AUSTIN, Texas — One of the Texas Longhorns’ 2024 offensive starters is heading to the NFL.
On Sunday, senior offensive guard Hayden Conner announced on X that he would declare for the 2025 NFL Draft. In his post, Conner thanked coaches, staff, fellow teammates and his fiancée, and complemented his time at UT.
Conner, a native of Katy, was named to the 2024 Allstate AFCA Good Works Team and a Wuerffel Trophy Award Semifinalist for his support of animal shelters in the Austin-area, as well as as a number of other volunteer efforts.
A number of NFL Draft analysis websites project Conner as a mid-round pick.
