The cast of Geordie Shore have been captivating audiences since its debut in 2011, and with the colossal 25th series currently streaming on Paramount+, there’s yet more uproarious antics expected from the group.

The ongoing series transports the Geordies to Thailand for the celebration of Kyle Christie’s stag party, where a dozen members share one villa, so it’s inevitable that drama peaks.

One of the leading figures, Marnie Simpson, hinted at the juicy moments that don’t reach television screens, revealing there’s ample off-camera action that doesn’t make the final cut.

Speaking to the Mirror, Marnie revealed: “There’s so much that happens off camera that they don’t get. Nobody will ever understand what happens on smoker’s corner.

“There was always the same people in the smoker’s corner, it was always me, Chantelle, Ricci and Scott.”

While viewers never witness cigarette breaks on the show, Marnie suggests that these unseen segments are filled with noteworthy happenings.

In the previous season shot in Cyprus, tension erupted among the women, especially with a significant dispute concerning tidiness within the communal villa involving Marnie and Charlotte Crosby.

Charlotte decided against joining the current series, but the chilly atmosphere persisted, notably between cousins Marnie and Sophie Kasaei, as Marnie felt Sophie sided with Charlotte.

Upon Marnie’s entrance in the third episode, a heated discussion ensued between the two; however, they have since reconciled and their relationship is on much better footing.

Marnie disclosed: “Me and Sophie are fine today, we’ve worked on our relationship for a while.

“Obviously it was uncomfortable sitting down and speaking about everything, it didn’t exactly go how I would have liked, it was very heated when I walked in and we had a discussion and obviously there was things said that I wasn’t very happy with.

“It’s one of those things that we have to agree to disagree, I was never fully going to see her point of view and she was never going to fully see mine cos we disagreed on it but it’s just about moving on and trying to repair our friendship.

“There’s a lot of things about the friendship that I have accepted, it’s never going to be exactly how I would want it, I’m more aware now of where I stand, there’s just that level of respect now. I’m never going to expect certain things out of her,” the mother-of-two elaborated.
