LIBERTY HILL, Texas — A new Costco is planned for Liberty Hill, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).

The document, filed Monday, states that the 160,000-square-foot store is set to be built near North U.S. 183 and Seward Junction Loop, not far from Smokey Mo’s BBQ and Golden Era Garage Fitness.

The filing states that construction is set to begin on May 1 and be completed by November 30. The estimated cost is $62,610,307. 

Ware Malcomb, a design firm based in Dallas, has been hired for the project.

Costco already has several Central Texas locations, including stores in Cedar Park, Georgetown, Pflugerville, Kyle and two in Austin.
