A woman said Sean “Diddy” Combs raped her when she was a 16-year-old girl living in Manhattan in 2000.

The lawsuit filed Monday in Manhattan is one of more than 30 similar lawsuits against the music mogul accusing him of sexual assault, harassment and misconduct.

The woman, who filed the suit as Jane Doe, said she was leaving a babysitting job in Manhattan where “a well-known woman” who Combs was dating at the time also lived, Rolling Stone reported.

She encountered Combs outside, and he persuaded her to get into a car with him and two other men, according to the suit.

Though Combs had offered a ride home, the suit claims he instead drove past the teenager’s home and offered her a drink that left her “groggy and unsteady,” according to People magazine.

The suit says Combs and the other men then took her to another location, where Combs raped her, TMZ reported. The other two men are named in the suit as John Does. After the assault, Combs’ driver took the teenager back to her residence and left her in the lobby, according to the suit.

Combs denied the allegations in a statement from his attorney.

“No matter how many lawsuits are filed, it won’t change the fact that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted, or sex trafficked anyone — man or woman, adult or minor,” his legal team told People. “Fortunately, a fair and impartial judicial process exists to find the truth, and Mr. Combs is confident he will prevail in court.”

Combs, 55, has been sued by more than 30 people claiming he sexually assaulted them. The alleged assaults date from the 1990s all the way through 2024.

The Bad Boy Records founder has also been charged with sex trafficking and racketeering in Manhattan Federal Court. He is being held at a prison in Brooklyn ahead of his trial, which is scheduled to begin in May.
