Are you concerned about keeping warm this winter, with rising energy costs or cut in winter fuel payments? Healthy ‘n’ Happy Community Development Trust say they are here to help.

Thanks to funding through Energy Industry Voluntary Redress Scheme and SGN, the charity’s friendly new energy advice team have lots of hints and tips to support local residents in Cambuslang and Rutherglen.

Natasha Wheeler, energy advisor for Healthy ‘n’ Happy said: “We’re delighted to receive this funding, which enables us to give sound advice to our local communities – from simple steps to being more energy efficient, to switching tariffs. All this can help to save you money and keep you and your family warm this winter”.

Natasha and the energy advice team,pictured above, will be out and about in Cambuslang and Rutherglen, with various energy advice drop-in sessions.

Pop in to see them for a chat and bring your energy bills along at the following locations:

■ Cambuslang – every Friday, 10am-12pm, alternating between CTEC Building and Cambuslang Library, both on Main Street

■ Rutherglen – every Tuesday, 2pm-4pm, at Number 18 Venue, Farmeloan Road
