The family, comprising three children, including an eleven-month-old baby, who were understood to be with their mother and father, had last been seen in Edinburgh at about 12.30pm on Thursday, January 16.
Cops said on Friday morning that they had all been found safe and well.
A 32-year-old man and a 28-year-old woman have been arrested and charged, police said.
The pair are now due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court in due course.
